Responsible for overseeing and growing UBM's business throughout Asia.
Jimé joined UBM Asia in 2007 as CEO and has established it as the leading and largest event organiser in the region with events in 14 different countries and offices in 26 cities. Before joining UBM, Jimé led VNU Exhibitions Europe and Asia for nine years. Jimé studied private and commercial law in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Responsible for the Beauty, Maritime and Fashion verticals as well as India. Additional UBM company representation for China relations.
Michael has work experience in many geographies in Europe and the Oceania, and particularly in Asia with Hong Kong as a base, in the last 30 years. He joined UBM Asia in 1994 and is a member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer of UFI, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Industry Association.
Responsible for Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the South East Asia region.
Chris started in exhibition in 1992 when he opened the Tokyo office of the Hong Kong Trade Fair Group and launched their first exhibition in Japan. Prior to that, Chris was a navigation officer with the Cunard Steamship Company and also worked as a stock trader in the City of London. Chris graduated with a dual degree in Japanese and Business Studies from Sheffield University, England.
Responsible for Business Development across Asia.
Mike has taken on diverse corporate and operational roles in different Asian geographies and industry verticals during his 20 years with UBM. Now he is focused on seeking acquisitions, partnerships, collaborative tie-ups and other new revenue/business opportunities to grow and strengthen the business. He is also leading the integration of the Allworld business. Mike studied Business Administration in Singapore.
Responsible for the jewellery portfolio, UBM Sinoexpo, UBM China and UBM Rotaforte.
Wolfram’s 18 years of experience in the exhibition industry began at Hamburg Messe before he came to Asia as the Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt Hong Kong. He was the first General Manager of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), then joined The Venetian in Macau as Vice President, Conventions & Exhibitions. Wolfram studied business management at the University of Applied Sciences, Pforzheim, Germany.
Responsible for HR across Asia.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong. With over 23 years’ experience in the Human Resources industry, Andy has worked with a number of well-known organizations, including the world biggest consumer products company, Procter & Gamble as well as a reputable public utility company China Light & Power in HK. Andy has extensive working experience in different business units, diverse workforce in Hong Kong, China and Asia. Andy is also very active in contributing to the HR professional community in the region. He was the Co-chairman of the 2016 Annual Conference organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources. Personally, Andy loves running and reading.
Responsible for the businesses of UBM China and for the child, baby & maternity vertical.
Prior to joining UBM in 2008, Margaret held senior management positions at TNT and Global Sources, and has built up diverse experience in logistics, ecommerce, quality certification, management consulting, business planning, strategic investment and online development. Margaret graduated from Oxford Brooks Business School with an MBA degree and certifications in Project Management, Information System Management and Web Development.
